Luc Willems began his law studies at the Faculté Notre Dame de la Paix in Namur, where he also further developed the French language on an academic level. Afterwards, in order to pursue his future practice of law in the Flanders together with his father, he completed his masters at the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL), where he graduated with distinction.
In 1985 he joined the law firm, specialized in insurance law, liability law and severe physical damage.
This matter became the essence of his study which has expanded over the years to related matters such as: Construction, Civil and Professional Liability and Compliance (Health care, Insurance, Management, Construction), Product Liability and Occupational accidents.
Furthermore he holds the certificate to conduct a cassation procedure.
The pronounced philosophy consists in seeking solutions, preferably in a amicable manner.
